Reaching Out
August 20, 2005
This past month, in July, HMC's focus has been on fundraising and preparing for our
2005 missions trip to the 6 Nations Reserve. Thanks to everyone's hard work and
prayers. Stepping out of our comfort zones to do external outreach and share the
gospel is not easy but with God's direction and vision, HMC is gaining ground.

encouragement, that it will ignite the passion to pursue hard after God and that
it will grow fellowships of the heart - one soul at a time.

Life Groups "Koinonia"
April 20, 2005
Life groups at HMC have started up on Wednesdays to focus on growing and connecting with each other on a spiritual level as well as fellowship. "Koinonia", pronounced Koy-no-nee-ah is the Greek word for "fellowship". Fellowship is a spiritual relationship between believers and God. It is also between fellow believers. HMC emphasizes the spiritual connection among believers through our life groups and Bible studies. It is more than just "socializing" or being together, it is God's will for his people to grow and connect with each other on a spiritual level as well as fellowship. We encourage all to come out and get plugged into a group. It's a wonderful way to grow together and gain genuine fellowship.

Annual Women's Slo-Pitch Tournament
July 30 - 31, 2005
Come out and support our HMC women's softball team as they go to
defend their championship title! It'll be a great time of fellowship
and sportsmanship. The tournament is beind held in Mississauga at
Tom Chater Park and Century City Park.

come out to cheer for a day of fun and fellowship.

a time of fellowship and worship.

Annual Men's Slo-Pitch Tournament (hosted by HMC)

Come out and support our HMC men for a time of healthy competitive softball,
BBQ lunch and loads of trophies and prizes for all. This is a wonderful
opportunity to help support the fundraise for HMC's mission trip in August.

KCSA Co-ed Softball Season Starts

The softball season has finally started! Time to bring out the gear and enjoy a new season of fun and competitive games with fellow Christians.

Girls Basketball Tournament (hosted by Young-nak)

Come out and cheer our HMC ladies in the May tournament. The venue is at our own HMC's indoor gym with five teams registered to compete and play. It'll be a great time of friendly competition and fellowship.

Good Friday Service "The Grand Miracle - Am I to Believe?"
March 25, 2005
Come join us in our Good Friday Service. It will be an informal service
with music, skits, Q & A, and food. The theme is
a phrase coined by C.S.Lewis in his book "Miracles." The Grand Miracle is about the story of
the Incarnation - Jesus' life, death and resurrection. The whole of
Christianity stems from this greatest miracle. The question is "Am I to believe?"

Ski/Snowboard Trip
March 5, 2005
Come join us for a fun time of fellowship and enjoy the winter weather. The trip will be to Blue Mountain on Saturday, March 5. Meet at HMC around 6:30 a.m. with departure time set for 7:00 a.m. sharp.
